1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Project Oasis platform (referred to as "the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Project Oasis is an interactive platform that connects micro-donations to verified NGO campaigns. Each donation is visualised through low-poly digital assets (trees, rocks, flowers, buildings) placed in a shared, real-time 3D world.
3. Donations and Fee Transparency
All charitable contributions are processed via Stripe and routed to target charities via the Pledge.to API. During the beta period, Project Oasis takes zero platform fees. Stripe card processing fees are grossed up during checkout so that 100% of your chosen tier donation price reaches the respective charity. All donations are final and non-refundable.
4. Interactive Placement Rules
When placing tiles in the shared world, you agree not to block, obstruct, or manipulate grid coordinates in any manner that deliberately degrades the experience for other users. We reserve the right to relocate or remove digital assets that violate community guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service and the 3D world visualization are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be active, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Oasis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
